Forum for its Sonic Circuits VII Festival.

Entry Deadline: March 1, 2000 (postmarked)

Send new videos (vhs, svhs, HI8, video8, digital 8, miniDV-NTSC only)
and/or stereo electronic pieces (DAT, CD) with sase (include email address) to:
